Why hello 2019, I can’t believe you’re here already! I know it’s said every year, but 2018 really did fly by.
With 2018 being my favourite year yet, I thought I’d get the ball rolling in hope to have an even better 2019.
I know what you’re thinking… We’re already halfway through January, right? Well, it’s better late than never! And no, there’s none of this ‘new year, new me’ malarky. 2019 is the year of self love and embracing ourselves, people! So, here are a few resolutions for the year ahead:
Drink more water – This was also one of my 2018 resolutions, which I think I completed quite well, if I do say so myself. I used to be terrible at drinking water and keeping myself hydrated, but in the past year I think I have conquered it quite well. So, here’s to another year!
Travel to places I’ve never been before – Travelling is one of my all time favourite things to do, especially with my lovely boyfriend. Not only does it give me something to look forward to during my Master’s degree, but I also just love getting stuck into different cultures and being able to explore more.
Work hard – With it being my final year of University EVER (cry) I want to work super hard in order to come out with a grade I’m proud of. Although the jump from being an undergrad to a postgrad has been a toughie, I want to make sure I fully embrace every opportunity.
Play hard – You’ve got to have the perfect balance, right? You go out and eat allllll the yummy food and drink alllll the yummy cocktails, girl.
Keep up with the gym – This is a classic one, I know, but 2018 was the year I finally got back on track with the gym. I had a new found confidence in myself, which I would like to carry through into the new year.
